The difference between a personal account and a business account is that a personal account is a single-user account, and a business account is a multi-user account. The latter is more suitable for organizations. Also, personal accounts have lower fair usage quotas.
Some services are billed on a reoccurring basis, such as a per-account subscription. Other services, such as dedicated phone numbers and metered calling to and from a regular telephone network, require a deposit that the services are billed against. The deposit is not required if these services are not used. In addition, some services are billed based on the actual usage per billing cycle, usually if the usage exceeds a certain quota included in the subscription. Contact us for more information.
Similar to traditional telecom, successful calls are billed in minute increments per the rates stipulated.
