FIELD OPERATIONS
CareLogiX is location intelligence, dispatch and visit verification for home health, hospice and palliative care agencies. It works beside your EHR and answers what it can’t: where is everyone now, who should go next, did the visit really happen, and how far did they drive.
Your EHR stays the system of record for patients, schedules and documentation. CareLogiX runs the day and proves it.
Command Center
Every phone, vehicle, patient home and facility on one live map, with each person’s status, battery and last fix. Replay any day.
Proximity Dispatcher
Staff ranked by road drive time. One tap sends the visit to their phone, and you watch them arrive without a call.
Visit verification
Arrival, stay and departure measured from the phone’s own track, beside the clinician’s check-in and check-out.
Mileage
Every visit’s trip measured and capped at the road route, priced at your rate. No odometer readings or self-reported logs.
One screen instead of ten phone calls, for continuous care, PRN and after-hours triage. Planned visits flow in from the EHR or are booked on the Schedule Board, and go to phones on their own.
A patient by ID or home address, a facility, a typed address or any point on the map.
Ranked by road ETA, filtered by discipline, team or branch. Open visits, off hours and conflicts are flagged before you send.
A full-screen offer on their phone. They accept, or decline with a reason. No answer in the time you set and it comes back to you, under Needs action.
On my way, the live track, ETA, arrival and departure appear on your screen. Every message is tracked to delivered and read.
Road drive time, with live traffic in the dispatch dialog, not distance as the crow flies. Phone setup problems, open visits and off-hours staff are flagged before you send.
The Schedule Board lays out every visit on a timeline. Drag one to a new time or person, and travel that won’t fit between visits is flagged. A clinician can hold several open visits at once.
A tap shows where a phone was at two moments. CareLogiX also shows the approach, the stay and the departure, and keeps the clinician’s check-in and check-out beside them as their own statement.
Stops at a patient’s home that nobody dispatched are recorded as unplanned visits, for a person to confirm or dismiss, and the office can record a visit arranged by phone. When a visit ends its evidence is frozen with a hash, so later data changes or retention cleanup can’t alter it.
The 21st Century Cures Act requires Electronic Visit Verification for Medicaid-funded personal care and home health. CareLogiX captures all six, including the service code.
Visits are submitted to state and payer aggregators, with correction codes and exception reports.
| EVV element | Where it comes from |
|---|---|
| Type of service | The clinician’s discipline and the service code, from the EHR |
| Who received it | Patient ID from the EHR |
| Who provided it | The person on the enrolled phone, through your identity provider |
| Date | The visit record |
| Location | Fixes at check-in and check-out, plus the measured arrival and departure |
| Start and end time | Check-in and check-out times, plus the measured arrival and departure |
Each visit’s trip gets three distances and a cost from the phone’s own track. Billable miles are what was driven, capped at the road route plus 20%.
Rates are set per division from the day you choose: trips from that day on take the new rate, earlier ones keep theirs. You also choose what a visit bills: the last leg, visit to visit, or visit to visit with the commute. Per-visit and per-person exports go to payroll in Excel.
For Android phones. Enrolled through your device management, a division QR code and a work sign-in, or a one-time code for one person. Accept, check in and check out work offline and send when signal returns.
SOS is one slide away, with the clinician’s location, for anyone visiting alone.
Staff are tracked in the working hours you set per division or per person, or around the clock where your policy says so. Outside working hours the phone stops recording and the server stops waking it. Staff can still send an alert or their location at any hour, and a visit sent off hours is tracked until it ends.
Location history is deleted on a schedule. Each visit’s frozen evidence is kept on its own.
DME, oxygen, pharmacy and lab runs, live, with the same trips, miles and replay as staff, in a division of their own.
Most commercial GPS trackers are supported, from OBD-II units to satellite devices.
ASK CARELOGIX
One assistant that dispatchers, managers, HR, executives, fleet, compliance and IT ask in plain words, each within their own divisions and rights. An advisor also adds a suggestion to each Needs action item, for a person to check before acting.
The model writes the words, code computes every figure and a verifier checks each one against its source. Patients reach the model only as tokens, and nothing changes until a person confirms it.

RULE 1
Code computes, the model talks
Every distance, drive time, count, cost, date and time comes from CareLogiX’s own code: routing, schedule rules, trips and tracker data. Common report questions are answered with no model at all.
RULE 2
Nothing unchecked reaches you
The model cites facts instead of typing values. A verifier fills each value from its fact, re-checks every claim and reconciles totals. If a check fails, you see the data table instead of words.
RULE 3
The model gets the least data possible
Patients become location tokens and visits become jobs. No patient ID, address, coordinate or care word is sent, whichever system the record came from.
RULE 4
A person confirms every change
The assistant proposes. The server checks the proposal again and acts only when a person confirms it, under that person’s name.
WITH DATALOGIX
CareLogiX connects to DataLogiX through its standard sources, packs and API. Each division is its own DataLogiX client, so one division never sees another’s figures, and dispatch keeps working if reports are unavailable.
CARELOGIX → DATALOGIX
Operations data and two years of history
Trips, visits, Needs action items, phone health and vehicle data, read through a relay that only connects outbound.
CARELOGIX → DATALOGIX
Signed metric packs
Mileage at the dated rate, on-time, urgent response, phone health and fleet metrics, defined once and checked before they are published.

Reports in the portal
Figures drawn in the portal with their sources; long reports land in your notifications; the full report one click away.
DATALOGIX → YOU
Delivered on schedule
Weekly manager reviews, monthly executive decks and signed payroll mileage files for each pay period.
Patients and their locations, care teams, staff, scheduled visits and shifts come from the systems you already run. Visits added, moved or canceled there are reflected about hourly.
Each agency runs on its own dedicated instance. Divisions such as Hospice, Home Health and Fleet keep their users, phones, data and reports apart.
