Close the books with figures that tie out

DataLogiX reads your ledgers, bank statements, e-invoices and filings, checks their totals as it reads them, compares the same figures in two systems, and writes reports where every figure leads back to the lines it came from.

What’s at stake

Where the work gets stuck today.

Spreadsheets break between close cycles

Formulas get overwritten, ranges shift, and the review starts again from scratch each month.

Reconciliations are done by hand

Matching two systems line by line is slow, and the differences that matter hide among the ones that don’t.

Auditors re-perform the work

Without a trail from each figure to its source, every number in the pack has to be proven again.

DataLogiX

Finance data, read with its totals checked

  • General ledgers, trial balances, SAF-T and XBRL filings, e-invoices, EDI and bank statements
  • A file whose totals don’t add up is held, with the reason
  • The same figure compared in two systems, period by period, each difference listed and sized
  • Reports where every figure traces to the query and the ledger lines behind it, signed for your auditors

SEE IT AT WORK

Every difference, found and sized

  1. 1Every period and account compared, on schedule or on request
  2. 2A difference past your materiality raises an alert, with both sides shown
  3. 3Different units or currencies are flagged, never converted silently

Accounting standards and formats, built in

DataLogiX knows the structure of each financial format it reads and the checks each must pass. Your own materiality, precedence between systems and approval rules sit on top.

What changes

Two systems compared every period, not only at year end

Every figure traced to the line it came from

Reports auditors verify rather than re-perform

One place for every ledger, bank and invoice source

Questions we hear

Which accounting systems can it read?

Exports from any system in standard formats. If your system writes a file, DataLogiX can usually read it. Tell us which cloud ledger you use and we’ll show you the connection.

What happens to a file that doesn’t add up?

It is held, not loaded, with the reason: an entry that doesn’t balance, a total unlike its lines. Someone fixes the source, and the corrected file loads.

Can our auditors check the work without access?

Yes. Every delivered file is signed, and anyone can check that it came from us and hasn’t changed.
