SENSORLOGIX · BORDER AND PERIMETER

Border and perimeter security, on the record

Cameras, radars and ground sensors watch the zones along a border, a base, a port or a critical site. Alerts reach patrols, each tagged with how sure the system is.

It works beside your towers’ and sensors’ own consoles, as a second set of eyes across all of them. People stay anonymous, every rule runs within the authority on file for its zone, and every clip keeps its chain of custody.

TARGET: 2 SECONDS OR LESS FROM FRAME TO ALERT, ON THE BOX. ACTUAL TIMES DEPEND ON THE SENSOR, THE LINK AND THE HARDWARE

WHERE IT RUNS

Wherever a line has to be watched

LAND BORDERS

Remote lines and crossings

Ground sensors, thermal cameras and radar along a line, with collector boxes that work with the link down.

BASES AND SITES

Bases and government sites

Fences, gates and approaches, under mission authority and your markings.

PORTS AND COASTS

Ports, harbors and coasts

Vessels with or without AIS, coastal radar and cameras on the water.

CRITICAL SITES

Substations, pipelines and water

Fence cuts, gates left open and sensors tampered with, at sites with no one on watch.

PEOPLE

It says someone is there, not who they are

  • Anonymous by design. The system says a person is in a zone, how many and which way they’re going. It doesn’t say who they are.
  • Kept in the zone. Person tracks stay inside the zone and are kept 7 days, unless someone attaches them to a case.
  • No live identification. No face recognition on live video, and no identification by gait, body or clothing.
  • Faces after the fact only. With legal authority and two-person approval, and a person confirming every match.

AUTHORITY

Within the authority you hold, zone by zone

  • Authority on file. Person rules run only within a legal authority on file, set by zone, including on private and tribal land.
  • Plates within it. Watch-list matches run within that authority and arrive tagged with their status.
  • A pack of its own. Border patrol sits under law enforcement’s rules, with its own pack and retention in your records pack.
  • Evidence for court. Clips and records keep a chain of custody, with court export and release under your rules.
  • Redacted public copies. Faces, plates and bystanders blurred in a derived copy; the original kept.
  • Every opening recorded. Who saw which alert and clip, and why.

FALSE ALARMS

Animals, wind, shadows and heat, handled up front

False alarms are the main risk at a border, so the tools to manage them are part of every zone.

Schedules per zone

A zone can alert only at night, or only when a gate should be shut.

Bars per class

Each class has its own accuracy bar, and stays hidden until it meets it.

Measured every day

False alarms per camera per day, and accuracy by class, in the console’s reports.

Corroboration

A second, independent sensor turns Unverified into Corroborated.

SECTORS AND TEAMS

Built for a whole sector, and for many of them

  • Your teams first. Every screen starts on your own teams and sector, and shows what’s outside them when you ask.
  • A sector that’s cut off. A forward node at the sector keeps its console, video wall and alerts going with no link to the rear.
  • Every sector together. Your organization’s console carries all of them, with roll-ups by sector on the map.
  • Floods, folded. When wind or animals set off many alerts at once, they fold into a group, with a banner saying what’s driving them.
  • Beside your procedures. It supports your agents and operators, and doesn’t replace their procedures or your towers’ command software.

GOING LIVE

How a site goes live

  1. 01

    Survey

One stretch of line or one site: its zones, sensors and links.

  2. 02

    Connect

Boxes go in beside what’s there, with no rewiring. Sensors that speak an open standard connect with no work; others through a sensor profile.

  3. 03

    Shadow mode

Two to four weeks with alerts held and an operator marking them.

  4. 04

    Go live

With holds where you want them, and training on what each status means.

  5. 05

    Report

Monthly: alerts by zone, response times, false alarms and sensor uptime.

Bring one stretch of line and the sensors on it

We’ll draw its zones, connect what’s there and run it in shadow mode.
